"Undermining the credibility" is not exactly what I had in mind when I first read the post
but yeah, you're absolutely right.
I'm actually surprised they've issued a $50 voucher, although I'm sure folks at customer service centre had a good laugh that day so maybe it was way of saying "thank you for making our day!".
