Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a double with sofabed and received the same.

How are the rooms? Standard HIX, refurbished in 2016. Clean and really thick drapes that blocked the light. Could see the airport but heard no noise. Decent mattress.

How is the exec. lounge? NA

What was good and what was bad? Two minutes walk from the airport. Breakfast was great, sausage, bacon & eggs and yummy Moma porridge pots. My welcome points posted overnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Powerful hairdryer which was useful.

Bad - I could not get cold water out of the bathroom tap. Generic shampoo, soap, body wash - take your own.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? I paid under £80 for my room which was the 1000 bonus points rate (needed for Accelerate target).
