You are probably looking at the table that does not apply to your situation.

Note that there are two tables
1)For travel on or after January 1, 2017
and
2)For travel on or after May 4, 2017
P, if it's sold as Discount First/Business then it should be 2 EQM; while sold as Premium Economy it should be 1.5.
But I agree AA needs to eventually correct the booking codes regardless of cabins offered.
