I recently qualified for Premier Platinum, with my last trip. My account reflects my new status, but the virtual card in the UA App shows the status expiring at the end of 2017. I was under the impression that whatever qualifications achieved in 2017, would be applicable for the 2018 status year. Am I mistaken? And did I just go out of my way to qualify for plat for merely a few months with no more travel plans for the year?
It will be valid through 2018-JAN, but it will not show you that until 2017-FEB. A confusing quirk!
