I'm confused as I had an Alaska flight that earned 50% EQM/RDM, but still credited me with 100% of the base miles for lifetime.

I have 2 upcoming Cathay Flights in O class. Will earn 0 EQM for annual purposes, but will I get anything toward lifetime. Realize it might be a bit different since they earn 0%, debating whether to credit that portion (4 other legs are AA) to Alaska at 25% unless it will help me make lifetime progress.
