How are the rooms?
Not bad. Fridge and microwave were welcome, windows were large, bathroom was older but fine.

Good
The breakfast buffet had good selections and an omelet station.
We got a drink voucher (only 1 for the 2 of us, but we usually split drinks anyway
).
Bad
This hotel always comes up with new ways to annoy us. In the past, they've mistakenly thrown out our dirty clothes and given my GF food poisoning. This time, some tree service took up a big chunk of the parking with cherry-picker lifts, making parking hard to find.
In the past, we've gotten a complimentary breakfast buffet. This time, all we got was a 40% off coupon. They said IHG wouldn't allow them to give out complimentary breakfast. We later met two people who had full breakfast vouchers. What's the point of Spire?
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
The rates are OK, but if the annual convention we were attending ever moves to another hotel, we're never coming back.
