Unfortunately it seems that QR does know "Rule 1" as well and is acting accordingly. Everybody knows or at least can imagine how a answer from QR CR department in concern to a complained would be..... ;-)
As my preferred route in J is MUC - BKK, I had the nice experience that I selected a date and time (even for a higher price), just to avoid the LATAM lease plane (it was in the beginning of introduction of these planes)......but it came as it had to be, I got the LATAM plane and at least up to date, now from MUC there is now way to avoid them...
