I received a cut & paste response to my support query; it basically said that they're updating the site and that users should expect to see issues from time to time.

It also listed everything that you need to include with a support request, from OS and browser version to time zone that you're in (I wonder if the reason I got such a lame response was because I forgot to list my time zone?).

In any event, I'm still getting server error 927 during the final review of my renewal.
