Glad I’m not the only one! I rang Amex and the agent says Amex have sent the Avios to BA, but BA haven’t picked them up yet (whatever exactly that means), so guess we’ll just have to wait! Apparently 5 working days is the normal time they allow to post, so we’ll have to wait another few days before raising it again.
