Rule 1 is Rule 1 but it shouldn't really be this way.
In business, I am not too bothered about the equipment. I like the 777 and the A380 (haven't been on any other QR wide bodies although I am due to be flying A330 and A340 over Christmas). In economy, I'd be fuming if they changed me to a 3-4-3 777.
QR have the best business class I have flown in but I wish they would stop messing about with aircraft and got themselves a decent customer service team.
