No upgrade mail, no solution with Platinum line as I was booked in O (award ticket). Tough AF0990 was almost empty: 8 seats available in F and 24 in C. Note that it is O which is the problem not the award ticket (75000 miles for this first segment). Return flight is in Z and will neither qualify for any upgrade, except at airport.

At the airport, at check in, I required for Miles & Cash upgrade. no problem. I was late so I did not make any note but the range was more or less : from 1850 € and 0 miles, to 0 € and 200 000, by 50 000 mile increments.
