Possibly dumb question, but do you have to go to an enrollment center when renewing a US ABTC? I just renewed mine online and the website prompted me to make an appointment in a pop-up window, but I couldn't choose any times (times displayed but were not clickable), so closed the pop-up and the rest of the application went through without issue. Not sure whether I am doing this right.
