I was here last weekend, arriving late after I function I was attending. Staff where friendly, given a drinks voucher for the bar. The room was nice, and reasonably quiet considering I was on a high floor overlooking the railway line.
The breakfast itself was hit and miss. The plates were warm (wizla), with the standard fly up/continental fare. But tea/coffee is all behind the bar, and it must have been the young 'weekend' staff, as I wasn't offered tea or coffee until I had finished breakfast, and that took 3 trips for the staff member to serve - the tea, then the mug, and finally some milk! Oh well, I wasn't in a hurry!
