I have used mine twice, and about at that same time. No problems and no questioned asked. Better yet, nobody in the queue, while there were hundreds in the normal channels.

BTW, I am not sure whether the VIP fast track service has come back. Last time I was there, they had stopped VIP service, apparently due to someone going public with the requested "special services fee" from immigration.
