How are the rooms?
Excellent! Incredibly large by Tokyo standards and relatively modern and stylish. Also stayed at the ANA IC and this one is leagues better.
How is the exec. lounge?
N/A
What was good and what was bad?
Good:
Location is almost on top of Shinagawa Station, which is convenient for most sightseeing (assuming you don't mind taking one of the many trains at the station) or for the shinkansen.
Rooms are bright and have good views of the city.
Received fruit, Japanese sweets, and Japanese snacks.
Didn't request late checkout, so don't know how accommodating they would be.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Would definitely return. I think this is the best IC in Tokyo.
