On third-party sites, i haven't seen that distinction. Do they differentiate it on the IHG site for upgrade purposes? Do i understand right that, being Ambassador, i would only get an upgrade to King Superior Cityside Room if i booked King Standard City Side Room?
And in order to be upgraded to Harbor View, one has to book at the very least the King Superior Cityside?

If you want a harbour view room, I think that you need to book am Easterm Harbour View room
