I lived almost across the street from the
#2 in the list, la Pasticceria Romoli (Viale Libia) in the 90s, . The big problem with this one is that you are definitely not doing good servise to your... heart (unless, of course, you combine a visit there with physical exercise, and Villa Ada is very close).
I still visit it regularly as I often stay at the Mercure that is abot 10 minutes walk. I'll post a picture of their window in a few hours, when I log into to my big computer.
I haven't had maritozzi there, so I can't comment on that but knowing how their other stuff is, I'm sure you'll be more than safe eating anything. Though Roman, they had decent cannoli, good Montebianco and a lot of other sweets that I dearly miss
