STR is as close to Heidelberg as FRA is.
"Eurowings" 6:40 — 7:55 - rather pricy at 283€, though..
Air Berlin with the same schedule (5min earlier arrival even) is for 57€
Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that flight does not safe me time in Berlin over the train or at least not as much as I had hoped for. I just booked a train ticket and hope that it is empty enough to get some sleep. Also, on the train I can have breakfast and get some work done before my meeting in Heidelberg.
