The lounge is in the departure area so you would only be able to stop by on your departure from HKG. It's a 12-18 minute walk after you clear immigration.
It should be noted you are recommended to take the in-terminal train (Automated People Mover) instead of actually walking from immigration to Gate 60. Should you not choose to take the APM, there are moving walkways/travelators as well.
