I've also had good, decently-priced (for the area) breakfasts at Longhi's over at The Shops at Wailea. And while the on-site Marriott restaurant is pricey, both the made-to-order and buffet items are pretty darn good. The coffee may be six bucks and the muffins twelve, but they're delicious.
