The menus are on a monthly rotation, so this is the menu for October. I had the cod coming back from ATH at the start of the month; very good it was too.
I'm not totally sure on the LHR-ATH menu, but it will be the same as all other Long flights ex-LHR for October. I believe it's the same as this menu from April:
