I would save my points and stay at Shangri-La Club room. I enjoyed it more than PHS, despite being Globalist with Hyatt and the S-L costing half of the PHS.
The view is arguably even better from an Opera view at the S-L because you get a great panoramic view of the bridge, bay and the Opera House.
