Also, I wouldn't take a BA flight on the hopes of getting an op upgrade. They go down their list of Exec club members first.
CX has consistently been the best for me providing the op ug- even tho I am not a Marco Polo member- that plus the Wing AND the cheaper tickets out of HKG may sway you.
Personally I hate the CX beds and would choose BA every time. To me I sleep as well there as I do in F.
