Waitlisted when there is availability
Flying JTR ATH CPH. ATH CPH shows I2, JTR ATH has no business. Agents insists I can't upgrade ATH CPH and the request needs to be sent to some other department. Currently on waitlist. Is that because JTR ATH is in the reservation? Does that make any sense?
