I thought I'd drop this here: You can book Singapore Airlines via the Avios e-store. Normally you get 2 avios/£1, now with the estore weekend, you get 3 Avios. I have not tried it (no need to go to Singapore in the near future) but you probably can double-dip: the 3 avios are just for booking via the e-store. On the ticket itself, you probably can put your Star Alliance/Krisflyer FF number.

EDIT: it is only via the Avios.com estore, not on the BAEC estore
