If she qualified prior to September 30, then she should get a full set of certificates to be valid until Feb 28/18, followed by a new set of certificates on March 1. If she qualified after September 30, then officially she won't be entitled to a set of certificates until March 1. Of course, that is all subject to the FPC program continuing in its present form, which may change considerably once Accor is finished with their integration and destruction.
The early upgrade often doesn't happen without a quick e-mail to the FPC asking for the upgrade to Platinum.
