Just to add that the check in agents at MSY on the return were also fabulous, our flight was delayed and they pro actively suggested that we use our lounge vouchers landside and to delay going airside as late as possible, they told us what time to head for security.
We got 2 margaritas each from the vouchers which suited me fine
Once airside I did giggle at the announcement for Mr Huge to come to the desk. Perhaps it was the alcohol or perhaps it was my sense of humour, who knows......
