I think you have had 2 good pointers there, but it's something that we need to be careful about for newcomers. Given your post count you really wouldn't (or rather shouldn't) be criticised if you ask someone to explain something in a bit more detail. If you have that question probably many other people do too. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be AUPing away like the rest of us, but until you do feel free to ask.
