I am also booked into San Juan for one night at the SJ Airport hotel on 11/29. Their phone lines are down, as are the lines for the Sheraton, mentioned above. The airport website is still showing lots of cancelations for arrivals and departures. Hope that someone can post hotel information when they have it. I'd like to bring food and supplies with me to share.
I have a feeling that by 11/29 most hotels will be operating. Seeing this is a one night I pressume you are either going on a cruise, or connecting to other location. Best to check if cruise is operating or other location open. I'm also curious as well as I will like to check on my properties. My parents house is fine, but I have not heard about my condo in Isla Verde. I'm planning on going this weekend with my luggage allotment full of supplies for my family members.
