OTOH, if Citi does start looking more at people's Citi AA mailer history to see if this application is consistent with their history, that might cause them to realize how many people are using mailers over and over and over again !

So rather than the Equifax breach causing individuals to stop churning, maybe the Equifax breach will cause Citi to find (and then stop) this loophole?
