I'm in Taiwan right now, planning on flying on KAL (book as a DL codeshare) from TPE-ICN this coming Friday as the first leg back to the US. I've been watching the evolving path of Typhoon Talim, which is currently putting it directly between the two cities at the time of my flight. Would I expect this flight to still happen in these conditions? Would the flight route around the storm, or possibly over the outside portion of it? Trying to decide whether or not to pre-emptively reroute, since without a current weather bulletin, I'd need to pay the change fee. Advice appreciated
