The cheapest hotel I've found recently is $250 / day or $125 / hour. It doesn't need to be around Boston as long as they will credit the nights. I probably need 3 meetings this year. Any leads on cheaper hotels? I was able to find $200 / day or $100 / hour and even $150 / day or $75 per hour in the past (like last year about this time).
