Thanks again for the info. We will have flown approx 12 hours from SFO (about the amount of time it takes for the non-rev standby "angst" to wear off - LOL) arriving Haneda about 1:30 pm and then taking All Nippon at 11:30 pm red-eye to Kuala Lumpur so I may just want to chill out at Haneda rather than go into Tokyo (have been there before). Just want a (hopefully) quieter place to sit than the noisy din of a terminal.
go to the IC at shinagawa for a few hours. would be better than any options in hnd.
