For those who haven't had their Directv miles post:
Call the Directv Customer Service line. There is a 90% chance that you will get someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. They will most likely tell you it isn't their dept and they have to transfer you. Don't let them transfer you, tell them to consult their "knowledge base" and they should escalate a ticket to affinity. They will then give you a confirmation number and someone from affinity will call you within 7 days to get you your miles. It took only 1 day after speaking with person in affinity dept to get my 50k miles posted.
