I am only a general MPlus member and on an MPlus award on All Nippon.
Your ticket needs to be with an NH flight number. The following booking classes are eligible: Y/B/M/U/H/Q/V/W/S/L/K though K is only eligible for day of departure purchase at the airport. For advance purchase via the ANA website your ticket needs to be purchased directly from ANA. For day if departure purchases at the airport, there is no restriction on the channel of purchase of the ticket.
