No BA plane has different IFE in F than the other cabins.

Easiest way to tell, for a 777, is to do a dummy booking in F - if it has 14 or 17 seats then new IFE, if it has 12 seats then old.

On a 747, as alluded to above, you need to look in J - if it's 86 seats, then you're good
