I haven't transited CDG since the recent enhanced security began. I have an upcoming trip where I planned to arrive at CDG T2 on the TGV at 10:00 a.m. and depart on UA to ORD at 11:40 a.m. from T1. In the past I would do this as this train is the earliest I can get. I have Acces No. 1, carryon bag, etc. to expedite checkin, immigration and security.
Cutting it too close?
That should be ok... I had enhanced security not long ago and it added about 20 minutes... bad part of that, I had four SSSS's on my connecting BP when I arrived at ORD and had to do it twice in one day... Ugh!!
