I'm most definitely not a fan of Trip Advisor, but you might want to look at this, compared to just hiring a $55 per hour chauffeur.

I have no affiliation with them and have never been on one of their tours. I have no conflict of interest. I'm just saying that asking your hotel is generally not the way to go, and Viator is a website in San Francisco. With a little bit of digging, you can find places like this. I did something similar last year, but in Rome.
Find a place like this. Don't ask your hotel, or your local wine merchant who has probably never been to Italy.
