I don't know as I've never been. I couldn't imagine trekking it all the way to T 5, go through security again just to go to to the Terraces lounge to shower.

The AA arrivals lounge is landside in T3. If you are eligible for access and are terminating your journey at LHR T3, that's where you want to go.
With a long-enough connection T3-T5 connection there's a school of thought on FT that it can be worth it to clear immigration in order to use the AA Arrivals lounge over the BA Galleries facilities in T5.
I've never heard anyone suggest transferring to T5 (with a LHR-terminating journey arriving T3) just to use the BA airside lounges. And as they are airside, if your journey terminates at LHR, I don't think you'd physically have access anyway.
