I contacted a CY property for scheduling a meeting and they were adamant that their policy is to just give points they offered 5000 and not the nights. The sales rep and her manager kept on saying that each property is different when I said about the terms and conditions of the program.

Should I call customer care and ask them to talk to the property or look for a different property??
