Entree: Salmon
Side: Slaw?
Dessert: Tiramisu?
Beverage: Vodka cranberry with lime

I was given the option between chicken salad or salmon. I chose the salmon. PDB was offered, orders were taken FEBO.

The meal:

Verdict: The salmon was cooked perfectly, tender, and moist. The broccoli was good, as were the red peppers and the teriyaki marinated squash. I did not have high hopes for the carrots, but they were quite tasty as well. All of this sat on a bed of brown rice.

I took a bite of the salad/slaw and didn't like it. It probably would have been OK if it came with some sort of dressing. I looked around and saw that no one else had any sort of dressing with it, so that's probably the way it comes (others have posted photos of the slaw and I didn't see any sort of dressing with it either)

The dessert was delicious. I think it's a tiramisu, as it tasted like one, although it looked more like a chocolate layer cake.
