I've seen it alot worse in previous years. Booking now for today (Friday evening) I can get to LHR/LGW with EI or BA for €162-€175 and a week out I can get BA next friday evening for €123. I think that's good value for such late booking.
I remember paying BMI €300 upwards for last minute flights.
