My previous estimation about the food offerings at a time wasn't correct, so here is how it really is:
5:15 - 11:00 Breakfast buffet
11:00 - 18:30 Lunch buffet
18:30 - 21:00 Cheese buffet
That means you'll not be left hungry around 4pm.
in addition to the best food offerings out of the Arlanda lounges, Aurora Lounge has really good beer, Sleepy Bulldog Pale Ale from tap. This is without a doubt my favourite lounge at Arlanda ahead of the SAS Gold Lounge or Arlanda Lounge in Terminal 5.
