The answer is "no" and "no". Neither scenario you hope for gets you in the CX lounges. Codeshares don't count the operating carrier does. And inbound J / F flights only get you access if you're departing on a same-day OW metal flight.
The only proposal that will get you access is doing your credit card point transfer and flying CX or KA metal. Good luck.
