The curious thing is that after having queried this in bkk in the lounge before my second flight to lhr (thankfully i had my physical card on me), they told me that it should appear on their flight manifest anyway. Lo and behold on my second flight to lhr i got the usual attention to detail - blocked seat next to me on an almost full flight remained blocked, early meal choice and serving etc... Etc... Perhaps my earlier experience cgk-bkk had nothing to do with a missing rop number, but the glorious inconsistencies i'd forgotten about where for a reason only known to them, only the crew serving the port side of the cabin decided to roll out the full *g service. i guess it wouldn't be a first for tg :d
