Strongly doubt it. I just called to have them reinstate the reservation I cancelled, and they gladly did...but read something along the lines of:
"Just need to let you know that any future changes will result in a re-faring and a change fee of approximately $500. The re-faring will likely be in the area of $5000."
However, you may be able to change some segments around after flying the first. You'll need first-hand reports of that, though, as they may have heavily notated these reservations.
I'd actually love to change the dates so that they're YVR-HND direct without going through USA. Less important would be to have a few days in TYO and/or a longer itinerary
