Not in my case as well as others in here. I booked direct on ANA and was never ticketed. There were still people getting ticketed at least an hour after I made my reservation. However, an error fare is an error fare. East come easy go. Hopefully the next one I'll have better luck. Although I'm a bit disappointed since it seems like plenty of people will have their bookings honoured, and this is one I could have actually used.
