Have yet to receive miles, customer service non-existent
It's been 10 years from my last post. I made the mistake of staying at the run down econo lodge in Elmira, ny on June 19th. I have yet to receive my airline miles on United for the stay. Twice I have written to customer service and 6 weeks later no reply and no miles.
I canceled my upcoming stays and am now staying at the Best Western in Sayre, PA, so much cleaner too. Plus $20 per night AAA promo per night stay on future stays.
