Why is there so much confusion with the phrase "complimentary alcoholic beverages" as it relates to E+ seats on ps flights? Those 3 words seem pretty clear to me. Yet flight attendants and some flyertalk folks don't see it.
Having to sheepishly ask an attendant for the free alcohol (and being harshly rejected) kind of defeats the purpose of providing the benefit in the first place. It's like the job that comes with lots of vacation time but never provides the permission to use it. What's the point of the perk?
