Yes, garykung. The original ticket needed to be changed manually because of an IRROP, hence the upgrade attempt was done manually. I pulled the RPU and had it deposited into my account, then online was successfully able to upgrade (request) on the HKG-GUM segment. All is well. Might I see once again see you on another GUM-HKG flight anytime soon?

That's interesting, if true. As of last week I was able to apply an RPU to a GUM-HKG segment without much issue. Hope it's just a bug...
